Consumables are the backbone of Tom Clancy's The Division, these are required for healing, and staying combat capable. You start out with only three days worth of food and weaponry; to get more you will need to head out into the city to complete missions, scavenge for new gear, or even craft your own. Consumables can be accessed through the Smart Watch Inventory.
